Chabert Insurance of Louisiana, LLC started in a one room office by one young entrepreneur with a dream to become a successful insurance broker on March 1, 1977. From its humble beginnings on Bayou Lafourche in Larose, LA, Philip M. Chabert Sr, began his journey selling life insurance for Prudential and then opened Chabert Insurance Agency to incorporate Property and Casualty insurance to his customers through the independent agency model. Chabert has now celebrated its 44th year in business. C.I.A. now has over 9 locations and over 40 agents working for the Chabert Brand.
In 2016, Guy Anthony Chabert, was named the CEO of the company after many years of working for the family business. Guy finished college at Nicholls State, where he also played baseball, and came back to work for the family business in 2002. This is where the major building and growth of the company began. In 2016 Guy and his wife moved to Thibodaux and currently operate the corporate location. Chabert Insurance, under excellent leadership and guidance has expanded to provide service to all of Louisiana. Our Locations include Thibodaux, Cut Off, Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Gonzales, Kenner, Gretna, Mandeville. These offices combined generate over 40 million in premiums to the Louisiana insurance economy.
Currently Chabert’s seniority and longevity has access to carriers that most of our competitors do not. Guy Chabert was born November 1, 1979 in Houma, LA. Graduated with honors from South Lafourche High School where he played football and baseball. Guy attended Enterprise State JC in Alabama where he studied business and played baseball. He moved to Nicholls State University where he continued his baseball career and also obtained his bachelor’s degree. From 2002-2005 Chabert went on to play Semi-Pro Baseball across the southeast region. He then permanently joined his Father’s Insurance business in 2005. In the beginning of 2016, he took on the task of CEO of the company. He believes that no job or task is too small. He serves multiple roles to service the community, parish, and state for the insurance industry. In 2015 Guy and his partner began expanding the brand across South Louisiana. Currently there are 8 locations and over 40 agents. As one of the fastest growing Insurance agencies in Louisiana, Chabert is here for you!
Guy has been married to his wife, Lacie Jo Chabert, since 2010. They welcomed their 1st child, a daughter, Georgie Ann Chabert in 2020. They reside in Thibodaux, LA

Evan was born and raised on Bayou Lafourche in Larose, Louisiana. The last born of 4 boys to the proud parents of now retired school teachers. After high school, he moved to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University, where he lives currently with his wife Trissten, who is also an agent, and two amazing children.
Evan has always had a strong urge to help people and felt he would be able to best accomplish that through insurance. He had previously experienced insurance sales that were not personalized and ultimately, not the best fit for him because he had not been presented with all possible options. Dave Ramsey said it best when he wrote; "When getting help with money, whether it is insurance, real estate or investments you should always look for a person with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman." He encountered far too many "salesman" in the industry that viewed him as a number instead of a person and decided to partner with a locally owned company, Chabert Insurance of Louisiana, that has a history of service and places a high value on community relationships. Evan is passionate about helping his clients navigate the sometimes difficult world of insurance by educating them on the coverage that best fits their unique circumstances with the heart of a teacher that his parents instilled in him from a young age. This is what he feels separates his agency from others. He has helped thousands of clients in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.

Kyle Suire is a native of Ascension Parish. He attended Dutchtown High School where he helped the Griffin’s win a State Championship in baseball in 2004. After high school, Kyle went on to study and play baseball for LSU E and ULM. After graduating in 2008, Kyle was drafted by the New York Mets where he played for 2 seasons. With a desire for success and an entrepreneurial spirit, Kyle opened and operates several businesses. He currently owns The Jambalaya shop on Hammond Hwy, Kyle and KK Properties LLC, and is an owner of Chabert Insurance of Gonzales. Kyle strives to keep customer service at the forefront of how he operates. He goes above and beyond customer expectations, and that is a key component he contributes to his success. He is married to his wife Kaitlyn, and he has 3 wonderful children. Cooper, Ella, and Beckham.

Ryan was born and raised right outside of New Orleans in River Ridge, LA. He attended Jesuit High School where he graduated with honors. Then he took the hour drive to attended Louisiana State University where he studied Business and Leadership Development. This is where he met his college sweetheart, Katelyn. After graduating, they were married and now reside in Ryan’s hometown of River Ridge.
After college, Ryan found his professional calling as insurance agent. What specifically drew Ryan’s interest was being able to provide a service to each person he encountered. Paying attention to detail and going the extra mile is Ryan’s “recipe for success.” After years in the insurance industry, Ryan was given the opportunity to partner with Chabert Insurance of Louisiana where his “recipe for success” has come to fruition. Being a part of such a quality company that has been a fixture in South Louisiana for decades is something Ryan is so proud to represent. He is looking forward to many years to come!

In 2016 Liz opened Chabert Insurance of Kenner to offer the Greater New Orleans area affordable coverage and make sure her clients were ready to weather any storm. With over 15 years of insurance experience, Liz continues to pass on her knowledge and passion for protecting residents and businesses in her hometown at the most affordable rates possible. Liz is a lifelong resident of Kenner and a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University and is licensed to sell insurance in Louisiana and Mississippi. Liz enjoys spending time with her husband Frank and their two sons, Erik and Hunter. She is an avid Saints fan and a member of the Krewe of Isis. When she isn't at work, you can find her traveling with her family or attending Saints games.

Jordan and Evan are high school sweethearts from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jordan received a Bachelors in Science from Southern University and Evan received a MBA and Masters in Finance from Mississippi College. Soon after graduating college, Evan opened a State Farm office in Gretna, Louisiana. After coming to the realization that having only one option to fit his customer’s needs simply did not work, Jordan and Evan decided to partner with Chabert Insurance of Louisiana. In late 2018, they opened Chabert Insurance of Gretna and have been servicing customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas ever since.
